Bayshore Gardens offers its residents a wide range of social and recreational activities at our beautiful facilities on the shores of Sarasota Bay. Included are a Jr. Olympic-size swimming pool, large pool deck/patio area, playground, picnic pavilions with BBQ grills, ball field, and fishing pier with cleaning station. A marina with a private boat ramp along with a recreation hall are available to our residents at reduced rates.

The beautiful renovated hall is great for weddings, anniversaries, graduations, birthdays and other celebrations and has a capacity of 224. 

Non-Bayshore Gardens residents may rent a boat slip or the recreation hall for events.

There are clubs to suit almost every interest including the Yacht Club, Garden Club, Woodchoppers Club, and other activities.

We are conveniently located on Sarasota Bay in Manatee County between Bradenton and Sarasota and approximately 2 miles north of the Sarasota–Bradenton International Airport.


The Bayshore Gardens Park and Recreation District is a political subdivision of the State of Florida established with Legislative Act H.R. 1233 of the 1979 Florida Legislature and amended as Florida Law 2002-365. The District is administered by a Board of nine Trustees elected by the property owners of the Bayshore Gardens Subdivision. The Board of Trustees imposes an assessment fee ($407.00), against all taxable real estate situated within the district for the purpose of providing funds for the operation of the district.
